ABOUT THE LAWYER
Lawyer and engineer with over 40 years of experience. Expertise in international and institutional relations, infrastructure, environment and energy, immigration, inclusive education, and consumer protection. Currently pursuing a doctorate in the Interdisciplinary Program in Human Sciences at UFSC; thesis in progress on the topic "Resettlement of an indigenous community due to climate events: a contribution from geoprocessing from a socio-environmental and legal perspective." Holds an MBA and Post-MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and the Kellogg School of Management. Postgraduate studies at PUC-PR in Urbanism, Cities of the Future, and the Environment.
Experience includes institutional relations with companies, banks, NGOs, and social movements, as well as with the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of government. Has authored publications and delivered presentations in Brazil and abroad on Green Campuses, Living Labs, Solar Energy, and Stakeholder Engagement. Author of articles on International Relations, Consumer Law applied to Inclusive Education, and Family and Succession Law applied to Immigration Law. Writer; fluent in English and Spanish; proficient in French (reading and conversation) and Italian (reading).
